Our product line name for Polynesian items. Alabastrine is made from oxylite and polystone which forms a stone based material that can be intricately molded and will allow paint to adhere. Cold-cast. Clean by dusting; DO NOT WASH WITH WATER as they are painted with water soluble paints.

Smith Distributors process orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. All orders are shipped via UPS (estimated time for delivery is 7-10 days) Also USPS that takes anywhere from 4 to 10 business days depending on what state you live in our other options . Use the Standard Shipping Method.
* How do you take my order?
Our process is very, very simple. We have an online shopping cart set-up through PayPal. Just select the quantity from the product pages and when your finished, just check out.
* I was charged for my order, but havent received my merchandise?

How long does my wholesale distributors store last?
Once you have paid your subscription fee in full, your subscription is kept active by paying an annual renewal fee, which is due in the anniversary month of your subscription. The renewal fee will be automatically charged on the 19th day of your anniversary month, or the next business day thereafter, to the credit card or bank account you have provided us, unless you deactivate or cancel your subscription. Your subscription anniversary month is the month you became a wholesale distributors member. At the time of renewal, the renewal fee may be deducted from any credit you have in your account, or automatically charged to an account you have on record if you are enrolled in "auto-renewal". Prompt payment of your renewal fee keeps your account current and helps avoid any lapses in membership privileges.
